2018 SESSION II INFORMATION FOR CLASSES AT BROWNS MILL
These classes will take place at Browns Mill Golf Course, located at 480 Cleveland Avenue SE, Atlanta, GA 30354

April 13th – Online registration will remain open until classes fill or 5/1/2018, whichever comes first.

Online payment at time of registration.
$75 per participant – non-refundable or transferrable.
Successful registrants: Come to John A. White Golf Course. Bring child’s birth certificate or passport and purchase uniform shirt ($35, not including tax) by Wednesday, 5/16/2018 at 6:00 PM. If you do not adhere to this requirement, the space will be forfeited. No refund of registration fee.
Session II Registration will open at 9AM on April 13th for New Members and May 3rd for Returning Members. Any available spots will re-open for both New Members and Returning Members on Friday, May 11th and will remain open until May 16th.

All participants must wear the uniform shirt.
Finalization of new member registration
New Members who do not produce the birth certificate as described in the table above will lose their space and will not receive a refund (see note in the table above). Successful registrants for New Members class must come to John A. White Golf Course to show his or her birth certificate, select shirt size and pay for the uniform shirt. New members will receive a confirmation e-mail with details on the uniform shirt and birth certificate. New Members who do not finalize the registration process by Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 6:00 PM will forfeit the space. The registration fee is non-refundable or non-transferrable.
Please read the following information regarding tardiness, attendance, and drop off/pick-up policy.
If a participant misses more than three classes in a session, he/she will not be eligible to participate in the next session (one session “penalty”). Additionally, a participant must attend one of the first two classes within a given session in order to avoid a one session penalty.
Participants who arrive late for class MAY NOT be allowed to participate and will be marked absent.
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP SAFETY POLICY
John A. White Golf Course, and all its program locations, serve the general public. For the safety of all children, parents should not “drop-off” their children before a scheduled event. For the same reason, parents should be available to pick-up their children at the end of each event. Parents/legal guardians must sign-off denoting acceptance of this policy at the time of registration. This policy is for all participants, taking part in all classes, practices, and program events affiliated with The First Tee of Atlanta.
